Pumpkin consumption is indicated for urinary inflammation, kidney issues, hemorrhoids, dyspepsia, constipation, heart conditions, insomnia, and diabetes.

Culinary Uses: Pumpkin is versatile in cooking. Its meat can be boiled, fried, au gratin, or used as a softening vegetable in stews, sauces, and as a garnish.
